Makes about 3 8-oz servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 3 handfuls of fresh baby spinach leaves
Instructions:
To make this green smoothie, simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
Here are some optional adjustments you can make to this smoothie without compromising on it’s health benefits:
- If you prefer your green smoothie to be sweeter, add a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey.
- You can use orange juice instead of pineapple juice for a slightly different flavor.
