Our Shipping and Replacement Policy
Order Processing Time
Thank you for shopping at One Planet Life. After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification and your shipping tracking number when your order has shipped.
Domestic United States Shipping
Orders are shipped via ground USPS or UPS. It will usually arrive within 5-7 days. Expedited shipping is not currently available. During seasonal, high-volume shipping periods, it may take longer than usual to receive your order due to shipper delays outside of our control.
Orders within the 48 contiguous United States for products totaling $75 or more before tax will enjoy free shipping.
Orders within the 48 contiguous United States for products totaling less than $75 before tax will be charged a flat rate of $7.50 for shipping.
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping.
Outside of the United States, we ship to Canada. Orders shipping to addresses in Canada will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping plus any required International Duties. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a shipment tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support with your name and order number, and we will promptly look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS has limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
Replacements and Refunds
One Planet Life curates and sells items to assist you on your journey to living more sustainably in harmony with nature. Reducing and reusing are vital strategies to protect the planet, and our items are designed to help you live these two Rs!
We take pride in the quality of the items we sell. Each item is inspected before shipping. If an item is received damaged, we will be happy to replace the component or the entire item if needed. Within 15 days of receiving your item, please email us at support with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
If an item is determined to be damaged and unusable, or you receive an item that is not what was ordered, we will gladly send you a replacement item. You can keep the original item, donate it, or dispose of it in an eco-friendly manner.
We do not process refunds on store purchases.
